Description & Scope

Different to a refurb, this hotel conversion needed us to overhaul one hotel, in a recently bought-out chain of the Campanile branded hotels, in line with the Travelodge concept.

Here’s what we delivered:

Brand new ground floor, fully open-plan restaurant space

New reception desk, front of house and lobby area upgrades

Reconfiguration of all bedrooms to align with the Travelodge specs with full new furniture

Complete refresh of flooring, furniture and decor

Bathrooms fully gutted, redesigned and refurbished to heavily modernise

Electrical upgrades throughout

The goal? To give this city-based hotel a bright, new look that wholeheartedly reflects the Travelodge look to perfection!

Brand alignment – from top to bottom, every detail was in line with the latest Travelodge specs
Transformative magic – stripping out the old, we quickly transformed the site into an unrecognisably new look and feel
End-to-end control – from joinery and flooring to fit-out and finish, all trades were coordinated in-house for quality and speed

This project marked a complete shift in identity, from Campanile to a fully branded Travelodge, ready to welcome guests in a swift 12-week schedule.
