A full hotel conversion project transforming a former IBIS into a modern Travelodge. The goal was to bring this location in line with the Travelodge hotel design as well as creating an on-brand guest experience.
Averaging near 8 rooms per week plus new communal areas, for this project we delivered:
• A full strip out of all bedrooms
•Plastering, rewiring and complete decoration throughout
• Kitted out all the bedrooms with new furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Upgraded all shower panels and sanitaryware to bring the bathrooms up to spec
• Complete flooring replacements throughout the building, including carpets and LVT in all areas
• Repaired windows and put in new entrance doors to upgrade the external appearance and energy performance
• Full redesign of the reception area
• Created a brand new bar café space, bringing fresh functionality and comfort to the ground floor layout
This conversion project has repositioned the hotel’s identity to entirely to reflect the Travelodge brand ethos.
