Description & Scope

There was a lot to be done to bring this ex-Ibis in line with the Travelodge brand. It had no updates for nearly 30 years, so this project required a full conversion and modernisation. Everything was stripped right back to the brick walls.

The scope included:

A complete gut out

Plastering throughout

Full rewire and fitting of all electrical outlets, sockets and switches

Brand new furniture and decoration in all bedrooms

All bathrooms completely gutted out, retiled, new vanity units, toilets, sinks, with replacements to all floors and stunning walk-in showers installed

Communal areas redecorated with new carpets laid

Brand new reception area

The Bromsgrove hotel is a convenient and affordable base to explore the Worcestershire area, as well as a close and comfortable stop off point near the M5.
